1. Scope

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the collection, use, disclosure and retention of information by the operator of whenwilljaxsonreturn.com (“we”, “us”, or the “Site”) in connection with your use of the Site. By accessing the Site you acknowledge the practices described herein. The Site is operated from, and its data is processed in, the United States.

2. No accounts

The Site does not offer user accounts and does not require registration. Visitors are not asked to provide a name, electronic mail address or other identifier in order to use the Site.

3. Information you provide

• Wall submissions. The text of any message you submit for display on the Site, together with any name and location you elect to provide. Submissions are reviewed before publication and are not displayed unless and until approved.
• Feedback. The content of any feedback you submit and, only where you elect to provide it, your electronic mail address, which is used solely to respond to you.

4. Information collected automatically

• Abuse-prevention identifiers. To limit spam and automated abuse, we derive a one-way, salted identifier from your network address and the current date. The underlying network address is not stored. The identifier changes daily and cannot reasonably be used to identify you or to associate your visits across days.
• Usage information. Aggregate information about how the Site is used, such as pages and sections viewed, device and browser type, and approximate region. Text you type into forms is excluded from this collection.
• Browser storage. The Site stores a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage, including the date of your first visit and your display theme preference. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

5. Purposes of processing

We process information to operate and display the Site, to moderate and publish wall submissions, to respond to feedback, to detect and prevent spam, automated traffic and abuse, and to understand and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information for targeted advertising.

6. Public content

Wall submissions that are approved for publication, including any name and location you provided, are visible to all visitors of the Site. Do not include information in a submission that you do not wish to make public.

7. Service providers

We engage third-party service providers to host the Site, store data, deliver electronic mail, measure usage, and detect automated traffic. These providers process information on our behalf and only as necessary to perform those services. A list of the providers currently engaged is available on request.

8. Retention

Wall submissions are retained for as long as the Site operates or until removal is requested. Rejected submissions may be deleted at any time. Feedback is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address it. Abuse-prevention identifiers are retained only as long as needed for that purpose.

9. Your choices and requests

You may request the removal of a wall submission you made, or ask any question about this Policy, using the feedback form on the Site. Because we do not maintain accounts, we may ask you to describe the submission in enough detail to locate it.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
